Steinwascher Looking For Breakout Season

Oakland County Football Club is proud to welcome back Midfielder, Javier Steinwascher as the seventh signing of the 2017 season.

Last season as the youngest player on the squad, Javier appeared in 5 matches, earning himself a start in the last regular season game of 2016.

A Sterling Heights, MI native, Steinwascher just completed his Freshman season at the University of Indianapolis. In 20 appearances, he finished second on the team with 14 points (5 goals and 4 assists). Prior to Indianapolis, Javier played at Henry Ford II High School where he tallied 51 goals and 58 assists in his 4 year tenure.

Oakland County FC kicks off the season against AFC Ann Arbor on Sunday, April 30th in a pre-season friendly at Saline High School before hosting Ole Soccer Club (Grand Rapids, MI) for the Premier League of America home opener on Saturday, May 6th at Royal Oak High School.
